CPC sanctioned Aron-S Ltd for unfair advertising

The Commission for Protection of Competition /CPC/ establish violation of the law by Aron-S Ltd.and impose a penalty on the company amounting to BGN 76 000, announced the press center of the agency. Proceedings were instituted at the request of Aiko Multi Concept Ltd. -a competitor of the violator in the market of import and export of furniture. The study showed that in September 2011, Aron-S advertised their products, stating that for one purchased furniture the client received another one for free. The inspection of CPC found that the price of the offer represents the individual prices of both furnitures without any real discount.
